- Teams deep-dived into the customer’s database to discover the topic name and search the matched terms.
- An initial fetching of the subheadings was done from their database and the newly developed AI agent picked the subheadings (most relevant or trending subheadings) for the topic page.
- Further to the above, the top 10 subheadings were used by the AI agent to arrange them in a sequence for a given or chosen topic keyword.
