Partha is a co-founder and President of Adroitent. With deep expertise in leadership, strategy, execution and management, he drives the company’s growth and strategic expansion — positioning Adroitent as a trailblazer in technology services with a special focus on AI. His career includes senior leadership roles at iGATE Corporation, Patni Computers and Satyam Computer Services. Partha holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Madras.

Srinath is a co-founder and President of Adroitent. A senior global corporate leader turned entrepreneur, he has served as an IT advisor to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India. Earlier he held CXO roles across the IT industry — Vice President of Operations at Travelocity, global operations leader at Patni Computers and President of TRX Asia. He actively invests in and incubates startups in Digital Health and AI, and holds Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Anna University) and Industrial Engineering (Western Michigan University, USA).

Sriram is Vice President of Delivery at Adroitent — an experienced technology leader with a strong track record of leading enterprise-scale programs and globally distributed delivery teams. He brings deep expertise in Program & Project Management, Database Architecture, Business Intelligence, Requirements Analysis and Agile/Hybrid delivery, with a sharp focus on innovation, risk mitigation and client satisfaction. He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from NIT Rourkela.
